After the sludge is concentrated, a pneumatic membrane pump is used for pumping the sludge to a plate-and-frame filter press to be dewatered. Pressed and dried sludge cakes are cleaned manually and packaged. Filtered liquid flows back to the waste water adjusting pool. The high-concentration printing ink waste water processing technology is stable in technological processing effect, resistant to impact, low in consumption, efficient, convenient to manage and easy to maintain.
