The invention relates to the field of construction of
nuclear power stations. In order to reduce the
workload, shorten the production time and improve the production precision, the invention provides a method for manufacturing a positioning insert for reactor internals in an AP1000
nuclear power station. The method comprises the following steps: arranging an RV
control point and an RV measuring point; arranging a reactor internal
control point and a reactor internal measuring point; measuring the measuring points by utilizing a
laser tracker, establishing a cylinder reference
simulation coordinate
system and a base model of a pressure container in three-
dimensional modeling software according to the measurement data, and establishing a mounting model of a lower internal; guiding the mounting model of the lower reactor internal into the base model of the pressure container, aligning, and
pairing pipe nozzles; and analyzing and calculating
processing data of a positioning insert, and
processing the positioning insert according to the
processing data. The method for manufacturing the positioning insert for the reactor internal in the AP1000
nuclear power station is high in manufacturing precision, small in
workload and short in time consumption.
