The invention relates to a
system for avoiding startup and shutdown peaking by matching a heat and power
cogeneration unit with a pure condensing thermal
power unit, which comprises the heat and power
cogeneration unit, the pure condensing thermal
power unit, a
heat pump of an air conditioner, an
electric energy meter, a radiator, a
heat consumption meter and a dispatching control device, wherein the
electric energy meter is used for detecting
power consumption data, the
heat consumption meter is used for detecting heating
heat consumption data, the dispatching control device is further used for collecting the
power consumption data, the heating heat consumption data and all
energy consumption during one startup and shutdown of the pure condensing thermal
power unit and further generating a dispatching
control signal, and the dispatching control device is used for sending the dispatching
control signal to the heat and power
cogeneration unit, the pure condensing thermal power unit, the
heat pump of the air conditioner and the radiator, and controlling the operation of the heat and power cogeneration unit, the pure condensing thermal power unit, the
heat pump of the air conditioner and the radiator. The
system can effectively avoid the startup and shutdown peaking of the pure condensing thermal power unit, and further reduce the fuel loss caused by the startup and shutdown peaking.
