The binder adopted by the high-binding-force super-hydrophobic coating of the invention can form covalent bonds with the multi-walled carbon nanotubes and silicon carbide in the hydrophobic coating, and therefore, the binding force of the binder is high, the falling area of the binder, tested by a metal surface gridding method, is less than 5%, and the long-acting stability of a hydrophobic function can be ensured; and the multi-walled carbon nanotubes used in the high-binding-force super-hydrophobic coating of the invention can fill pores formed in a silane curing dehydration process, so the coating has good compactness, and the corrosion resistance of the coating can be effectively improved.
