The invention provides a novel
ammonia-containing
tail gas absorption process, belonging to the technical field of
ammonia-containing
tail gas treatment equipment. The novel
ammonia-containing
tail gas absorption process comprises the following steps: S1, firstly, discharging ammonia-containing tail gas into a water inlet
pipe, spraying out an
ammonium sulfate mother solution through an injectionpump in an efficient absorber to enable the
ammonium sulfate mother solution to be in contact with the ammonia-containing tail gas, thereby realizing absorption of ammonia in the ammonia-containing tail gasfor the first time; and S2, after the ammonia-containing tail gas is absorbed for the first time, allowing the ammonia-containing tail gas and the
ammonium sulfate mother solution to enter an absorption
tower through a liquid outlet in the lower end in the efficient absorber and to be located at the lower side of the absorption
tower, enabling the
ammonium sulfate mother solution to be leftat the bottom of the absorption
tower through a first gas-liquid separator which is located on the lower side of the absorption tower, and allowing the ammonia-containing tail gas absorbed for the first time to rise. According to the process,
sewage and secondary
pollution are not prone to being generated; discharged tail gas is clean and almost free of inorganic particulate matters after demisting, so
haze weather cannot be caused and the
ecological environment is not prone to being damaged; and thus, ammonia-containing tail gas treatment is efficient, and meanwhile, more cost is saved.
