The invention discloses a burner and belongs to the field of fine
coal gasification. The burner comprises a back segment steel component and front segment whole
ceramic precast components, wherein the back segment steel component comprises a
fuel gas sleeve, an air sleeve, fine
coal sleeves, gasification agent sleeves and an ignition
electrode stem; the front segment whole
ceramic precast components are of a structure containing a
conical surface and comprise front segment burning channels, a front segment gasification agent channel and front segment pulverized
coal introducing channels which have a same ring, and the front segment burning channels comprise
flame stabilization segments with sandglass-shaped inner cavities; the
flame stabilization segments are communicated with an
air channel, the front segment pulverized coal introducing channels are communicated with a back segment pulverized coal introducing channel, and the front segment gasification agent channel is communicated with a back segment gasification agent channel; the outlet of the front segment gasification agent channel and the outlets of the
flame stabilization segments are both parallel to the center axis of the front segment whole
ceramic precast components, and the outlet directions of the front segment pulverized coal introducing channels expand and incline towards the side of the outlet direction of the front segment gasification agent channel. The burner solves the problems of difficult ignition and easy fire cutoff and has the advantages of high ignition success rate, good flame stability, high
temperature resistance and
wear resistance.
