The modular water heating floor structure comprises a first floor board and a second floor board, wherein the first floor board comprises first board bodies and first water pipes, the two ends of the first water pipes extend out of two adjacent sides of the first board bodies correspondingly, and afirst groove is formed in the side, corresponding to one extension end of each first water pipe, of each first board body; the second floor board comprises second board bodies and second water pipes,the two ends of the second water pipes extend out of two opposite sides of the second board bodies, one side of the second floor board is provided with first grooves, the other side of the second floor board is provided with second grooves in parallel, conceding grooves are formed in the first grooves and the second grooves, and the first water pipes and the second water pipes communicate throughconnecting pipes; the bottoms of the seams between the first floor board and the second floor board and the bottoms of the seams between the two adjacent second floor boards are detachably connected with waterproof belts correspondingly, and leveling assemblies are connected to the first floor board and the second floor board; and matched seam cover plates are arranged at the splicing positions between the first grooves and the second grooves in a covering closing mode. The modular water heating floor structure and the construction process thereof have the effect of improving the indoor floorheating decoration construction efficiency.
