orthodontic wire, and solves the problems that an existing production method of the
orthodontic wire is tedious in operation, low in efficiency and high in labor cost. The production method capable of automatically shaping the
orthodontic wire comprises the steps that S1, a memory
alloy wire penetrates through a die, and specifically a wire releasing mechanism, a wire feeding mechanism, a guiding and
cutting-off mechanism, a horizontal operation table, a rotating mechanism and a PLC are arranged at a die penetrating
station; S2, heat treatment is carried out on the memory
alloy wire, wherein a heat treatment
station is provided with a heat treatment mechanism; S3, cooling and demolding of the memory
alloy wire is carried out, wherein a cooling and demolding
station is provided with a cooling and demolding mechanism and a
compressed air conveying mechanism; and S4, the orthodontic wire is conveyed, and specifically a conveying station is provided with a material groove and a conveying sliding way. Automatic shaping of the orthodontic wire is achieved, manual operation is not needed in the production process, the production efficiency is effectively improved, and the labor cost in production is greatly reduced.
