The invention provides a novel wet
flue gas desulfurization
wastewater treatment method. Desulfurization
wastewater is taken from an underflow of a gas-liquid separation tank of a vacuum belt water extractor, so that the
solid content of the desulfuration
wastewater is reduced greatly, and the large-amount
sludge discharge is reduced. The
solid content of the desulfuration wastewater after natural
settling is further reduced, so that the desulfuration wastewater can meet an in-
plant recycling condition. A wastewater trigeminy box, a wastewater dosing
system, a wastewater
cyclone and
sludge pressing equipment can be canceled, so that the running maintenance cost and equipment investment are lowered, and a
system operation load is reduced. In addition, in order to meet different requirements, the dosing
system of the wastewater trigeminy box and the
sludge pressing equipment can be reserved selectively, in this way, the pH value of the desulfuration wastewater can be adjusted, heavy
metal in the desulfuration wastewater can be removed, and the treated desulfuration wastewater can reach a national
discharge standard. The flexibility and the reliability of a system can be improved by additionally adopting a by-pass of the wastewater trigeminy box, and long-term and stable running of the system is guaranteed. In addition, the invention further provides the system capable of achieving the method.
