The screening system comprises a first vibrating screen device, an airflow grading device, a second vibratingscreen device and a protective gas circulating system, wherein the airflow grading device comprises a spiral feeder and a grading bin, a discharging port of the first vibrating screen device is connected with the spiral feeder, the spiral feeder is connected with the grading bin through a conveying pipe, and a discharging port of the grading bin is connected with the second vibrating screen device. According to the screening system and screening method, the screening process of the screening system is simple, powder screening among different particle size ranges can be completed at one time, screening efficiency and screening precision are improved, and then the technical problems that the screening process of a screening device in the prior art is tedious, and the screening efficiency andthe screening precision are not high are solved.
