The invention relates to a multichannel high-collection-speed
temperature measurement system. The
system comprises a
thermocouple, a temperature
transmitter, a data switching board card, a filtering circuit board card, a high-
frequency data collection board card and a
computer terminal; and the
thermocouple implements positioning on a sand mold surface via a positioner, and is connected with one end of the temperature
transmitter, the other end of the temperature
transmitter is connected to independent filtering circuits in the filtering circuit board card via different channels of the data switching board card, each independent filtering circuit is connected to different channels of the high-
frequency data collection board card, and a
USB interface of the high-
frequency data collection board card is connected with the
computer terminal installed with data collection and conversion
software. The
temperature measurement system can satisfy requirements of high speed and multiple points for
temperature measurement in practical production application. Due to the characteristics of multiple channels and high collection speed of the system, many data points can be collected, the obtained data bulk is large, and result analysis and calculation are more comprehensive and reliable. An
electromotive force is converted to temperature data in
software, the obtained result represents a temperature value, the
data processing time is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
