Abstract

The servo motor test system includes an industrial control computer and a tested motor driver, a motor driving power supply, a data acquisition module, a power analyzer and a load motor driver which are connected with the industrial control computer. The tested motor driver is electrically connected with the motor driver, the other end of the data acquisition module is connected to a tested motor, the power analyzer is connected to a rotating speed and torque driver, the load motor diver is connected to a load motor and an energy feedback type load, and the power analyzer is electrically connected with the tested motor. A motor and driver analyzer adopts 3 power board cards for testing the input electrical parameters of the tested motor, a motor test board card is used for testing the torque and rotating speed output by the motor, and a servo motor achieves the effects of high control precision and fast response speed.
