The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding 1.8kg of alcohol with volume concentration of 70-85% to dissolve every kilogram of N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide to obtain a mixture; then, mixing the mixture with the polyurethane prepolymer, and adding the titanate coupling agent TMC-101 and the dispersing agent ammonium polyacrylate DA40 after reacting for 1.3-1.8 hours at a reaction temperature of 80-130 DEG C; continuously reacting for 3.5-5.5 hours; adding dioctyl terephthalate, rutile type titanium dioxide, polyoxypropylene glycerol ether, the flame-retarded material, the siliceous lime powder, the mixed solvent and the preservative to uniformly mix to obtain the polyurethane exterior-wall anti-corrosive flame-retarded coating product.
