The invention discloses a
system for rapidly determining an accurate imaging scheme for belt
material defect detection. The
system comprises an accurate calculation resolution testing module, a
compound imaging system module, a calibration system module and an image parameter calculation and scheme determination module, wherein the accurate calculation resolution testing module is used for measuring a
defect size of a tested sample and determining an imaging resolution; the calibration system module is used for executing rapid focusing before imaging, positioning a focusing position, calibrating a
light source of a camera and determining an imaging distance of the camera; the
compound imaging system module is used for imaging defects of a motion sample and finishing imaging at a
light field, a dark field, a transition field and
sidelight according to different
light source angles; and the image parameter calculation and scheme determination module is used for estimating and calculating the
image resolution, selecting the model of the camera, calculating the imaging distance according to the imaging resolution and the imaging angles, carrying out calibration calculation and
image processing, and outputting the final imaging scheme. The system has the beneficial effects that the
automation degree is high, the calculation is accurate, rapid calibration and surveying are realized, and the testing efficiency is greatly improved.
