The invention discloses a method for preparing a polymeric aluminum iron flocculating agent from wire rope pickling sludge (acid sludge). According to the method, hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid are used as extracting agents to extract metal iron ions and aluminum ions from calcium sludge and sodium sludge respectively, lead ions are removed by ion exchange resin, and the extraction liquid is further processed to obtain the polymeric aluminum iron flocculating agent, so that resource utilization of the calcium sludge and the sodium sludge is realized; cement is added to calcium sludge residues and sodium sludge residues for solidifying, so that stabilization and harmlessness of heavy metals in the residues are realized; and deionized water is used for regenerating saturated ion exchange resin, and a sodium hydroxide solution is used for treating wastewater generated in the regeneration process to realize standard discharge of the wastewater. The method comprises the following steps: removing the lead from a sulfide solution, preparing a polymeric ferric chloride flocculating agent and purifying hydrogen sulfide gas. According to the method disclosed by the invention, lead ions in the waste hydrochloric acid are removed by a sulfide precipitation method to obtain the polymeric ferric chloride flocculating agent; after the produced hydrogen sulfide gas is subjected to falling film absorption, packed tower absorption and active carbon absorption, the hydrogen sulfide gas meets the requirements of national foul pollutant emission standards; meanwhile, sulfides are recycled and cyclic utilization of a sulfur element in a whole process is realized; in a whole purification process, the hydrogen sulfide gas is in countercurrent contact with an alkaline solution, so that the hydrogen sulfide gas can be sufficiently absorbed and the high-concentration sulfide solution is obtained. According to the method, the recycling rate of the iron in the waste hydrochloric acid is more than 90% and the removing rate of the lead is more than 99%; the purity of produced lead sulfide is equivalent to that of industrial lead sulfide, and the produced lead sulfide can be used as an industrial raw material. With the adoption of the resource utilization method disclosed by the invention, harmless treatment and resource utilization of the waste hydrochloric acid are realized.

The invention discloses a method for preparing a polyferric chloride flocculant by using steel wire rope sludge and waste salt. According to the method, the steel wire rope pickling sludge is dissolved in waste hydrochloric acid, lead ions in the dissolved solution are removed with a sulfide precipitation method, and the polyferric chloride flocculant is obtained; produced hydrogen sulfide gas meets the national odor pollutant emission standard after being subjected to falling-film absorption, packed tower absorption and activated carbon adsorption treatment, and meanwhile, whole-process sulfur element recycling is realized; cement is added to sludge residues for curing, and heavy metals are cured and stabilized. With the adoption of the method, the recovery rate of iron in the sludge is higher than 90%, the produced polyferric chloride flocculant has excellent performance in purification of domestic sewage, and produced lead sulfide meets the industrial purity requirement and can be used as an industrial raw material. With the adoption of the method, harmless disposal and resource utilization of the steel wire rope pickling sludge and the waste hydrochloric acid are realized simultaneously.
