The invention provides a metering monitoring
management system. The metering
monitoring system comprises a metering all-in-one
machine, a swiping terminal and a data-supporting
information management server, wherein the metering all-in-one
machine and the swiping terminal are communicated with the
information management server respectively. An implementation method for the metering monitoring
management system comprises the following steps: (1) inputting planning information into the
server through a sales department; (2) registering transport vehicle information by metering personnel; (3) performing data comparison on a vehicle on the swiping terminal at the entrance of a
plant, and manufacturing a card for allowing entering the
plant; (4) weighing the vehicle at one time by using a weighing apparatus under the operation and control of the metering all-in-one
machine, recording data, unloading for secondly weighing, recording data, and recording videos in a whole journey, and transmitting
video recording data to a video
stream media server in real time; (5) performing delivery metering, asking a driver to
swipe and performing
data identification. Through adoption of the
system, management of entering physical distribution can be standardized, attendance metering
cheating can be prevented, the working efficiency is increased, the physical distribution cost is lowered, and the core competitiveness and economical benefit of an enterprise are increased.
