management system. The
system is characterized in that an air duct structure formed by
cutting, bonding, splicingand assembling
glass fiber composite materials can be cleaned by using a common air duct cleaning
machine, and air can be kept clean; according to a production method of a
glass fiber composite air duct, an air duct sketch is made through the Autodesk Revit, a single straight air duct and a single special-shaped air duct are manufactured on the basis of the sketch, prefabricated manufacturing information is imported into an Autodesk Fabrication
control system, and the production process of the glass
fiber composite air duct is controlled through the Autodesk Fabrication. The
system has the beneficial effects that the air duct production process is automatic and intelligent; firstly, the sketch meeting the requirement is made according to the field requirement, then sketch data are imported into a BIM
system, and the manufacturing process of precise discharging, bending and fixing of the air duct is achieved through
data control over
production line machinery; and in addition, the manufacturing process of the air duct can be simulated in advance, the manufacturing process is optimized to the maximum extent, and the possibility of misoperation is reduced.
