The control method includes the steps that in the unit operation process, for instant dynamic fluctuation of power network frequency, dynamic balance of the output frequency of the hydraulic-type wind generating set is achieved through a hydraulic motor energy-storage subsystem. According to the primary frequency regulation system of the energy-storage hydraulic-type wind generating set and the control method, in the unit operation process, compared with inertia energy storage of a wind machine, the hydraulic accumulator subsystem stores more energy, bears power network frequency fluctuation with the larger range, and furthest keeps unit-grid-connection stable operation.
