The invention relates to
raw material storage equipment, in particular to a
raw material storage device for tapioca chips. The
raw material storage device is characterized in that high level alarms are arranged on the upper parts of storage bins, and stirrers are arranged on the lower parts of the storage bins; vibration hammers are arranged below the storage bins, and low level alarms are arranged at the bottoms of the storage bins; a deduster is arranged on the tops of the storage bins; a
discharge hole of the deduster is connected with a
powder recovery tank; a spray opening and a
sieve plate are arranged on the upper part of the
powder recovery tank; a steam opening is formed on the upper part of the
powder recovery tank; a water inlet is formed on the lateral surface of the upper part of the powder recovery tank; and water flows into the spraying opening, so that dust granules in air flow are dissolved in the water and drop into the tank bottom. The raw
material storage device has the advantages that the tapioca chips can be produced cleanly in the process of crushing raw materials, and the hidden danger of
dust explosion is avoided, so that the production is safe and clean. According to the raw
material storage device, a powder recovery device is arranged on the tops of the storage bins with a novel structure, so that dust loss is reduced, and the
wine yield of the raw materials is increased.
Slurry generated by recovering dust is recovered completely, so that the aims of
water conservation and consumption reduction are fulfilled.
