The invention discloses a wearable
air conditioning garment based on micro
refrigeration. A condenser of the wearable
air conditioning garment is connected with an
evaporator through a throttling device. A micro compressor is connected with the condenser and the
evaporator. A
lithium ion battery pack is connected with a controller. A capillary tube is adopted in the throttling device. A wearing
assembly is composed of multiple
layers which include the comfort layer, the breathable layer, the heat
insulation layer and the
surface layer from inside to outside in sequence. A capillary tube net is adopted in the
evaporator. The capillary tube net is arranged between the breathable layer and the heat
insulation layer, and is of a water collecting and dividing structure, and the upper end and the lower end of the wearing
assembly are each provided with a circle of collecting pipeline. A plurality of linear flexible
copper tubes are arranged between the upper collecting pipeline and the lower collecting pipeline at intervals. An evaporator inlet is located below an evaporator outlet, the evaporator inlet is connected with the throttling device, and the evaporator outlet is connected with an air inlet pipeline of the micro compressor. Direct
evaporation refrigeration of refrigerating fluid is adopted, the
system structure is simplified, a
system is more compact and lighter, the loss of
cooling capacity is reduced, and energy efficiency is improved.
