ceramic diaphragm with a multilayer
composite structure and a battery using the
ceramic diaphragm. The
ceramic diaphragm with the multi-layer
composite structure comprises an organic microporous base material, a
ceramic coating layer, a three-dimensional high-temperature-resistant layer and a
polymer layer; the
ceramic coating layer is attached to one surface or two surfaces of the organic microporous base material, the thickness of the
ceramic coating layer is 0.1-50 microns, the ceramic
coating layer comprises inorganic
powder and a binder, and the particle size of the inorganic
powder is 5nm-50 microns; holes are distributed in the organic microporous base material; the three-dimensional high-temperature-resistant layer continuously coats the surface of the ceramic
coating layer and the inner walls of the holes and comprises a high-temperature-resistant
polymer and a curing cross-linking agent, and the high-temperature-resistant
polymer comprises phenolic resin,
urea resin,
polyimide or
epoxy resin; the thickness of the polymer layer is 5nm-10mu m, and the polymer layer coats on the surface of the three-dimensional high-temperature-resistant layer. The ceramic diaphragm has good adhesion with positive and negative electrodes, and the battery with the ceramic diaphragm has the advantages of high safety, long service life and the like.
