The system comprises a detection laser, a coupling laser, a first spectroscope, a second spectroscope, a first reflector, a second reflector, a third reflector, afirst atomic vapor bubble, a second atomic vapor bubble, a first local oscillator microwave source, a second local oscillator microwave source, a first dichroic mirror, a second dichroic mirror, a first photoelectric detector, a second photoelectric detector and a phase comparator. The system has the advantages that the angle obtained through measurement and the relative phase difference betweenthe microwave signals received by the first atom steam bubble and the second atom steam bubble are in linear relation, and the angle measurement precision based on the EIT effect of Rydberg atoms is expected to be further improved; and 2, the system has relatively good anti-interference capability.
