The invention belongs to the technical field of crop plantation, and particularly relates to a rubber tree planting method. The planting method comprises the steps of S1, selecting land and preparing soil, S2, planting seedlings and transplanting seedlings, and S3, irrigating and fertilizing management. The S1 comprises the steps of deep ploughing before planting, sunbathing, digging planting pits, mixing the excavated soil with compound fertilizer, wherein the compound fertilizer comprises human manure, cow manure, urea, corn straw, pinus koraiensis needle powder, scabiosa atropurea, corn cobs, lepidogrammitis drymoglossoides ching, fine sand, silicon dioxide, potassium nitrate, calcium hydrophosphate and 1,3-butanediol. The S2 comprises the steps of selecting rubber tree seedlings with no pest problem and the height of 0.4-0.6 meter for the planting. The S3 comprises the steps of spraying atomized water every 4-6 days to moisturize the soil, after the planting, within the subsequent three months, applying water and fertilizer every 20-30 days, after three months after the planting, applying the compound fertilizer in S1 every 3-4 months. The rubber tree planting method can improve soil quality and enhance the rubber tree seedling surviving capability. The rubber tree seedlings planted by using the method have a high survival rate, and grow fast.
