The invention discloses a clean and safety lignocellulose
raw material pretreatment method. The method includes:
grinding natural lignocelluloses as a
raw material, adopting 10%-20%
acetic acid (
mass concentration) for pretreatment for 10-60min at 120-150 DEG C, recovering
acetic acid by
vacuum evaporation to obtain a pretreated material, and adding
cellulase to obtain glucose by
enzyme hydrolysis. By adoption of the clean and safety lignocellulose
raw material pretreatment method, more than 75% of hemicelluloses and a small part of
lignin in the natural lignocellulose raw material can be degraded, a
chemical inhibition effect of hemicelluloses and
lignin on
cellulase catalytic hydrolysis is remarkably broken, and
cellulase catalytic hydrolysis yield is increased to 85% above. Compared with an existing
pretreatment method, the clean and safety lignocellulose raw material pretreatment method has advantages that
reaction temperature can be remarkably lowered while
heat consumption and resisting substance forming amount are reduced; more importantly,
acetic acid is
safer and milder than inorganic acid and lower in requirement on
corrosion resistance of production equipment, and complete acetic acid
recovery can be realized by conventional
vacuum evaporation, so that high cleanness, safety and economy are achieved.
