The invention provides an automatic Summa canister sampling
system. The automatic Summa canister sampling
system comprises multiple sets of sampling gas channels and sampling branches; a pressure
transmitter is connected among the sampling gas channels and the sampling branches; the automatic Summa canister sampling
system further comprises a
solar cell panel, the angle of which is adjustable; thesolar
cell panel is divided into a first
cell panel and a second
cell panel, which are hinged together; a first cylinder is connected between the bottom surfaces of the first
cell panel and the second
cell panel; the input end of a PLC is connected to the pressure
transmitter so as to receive a pressure
signal; the output end of the PLC is connected to an
electromagnetic valve so as to control onand off of the
electromagnetic valve; the PLC further comprises a
wireless transmission module; and remote connection with a
server is realized. The system can start Summa canister sampling and switching in a timed manner by receiving a
remote control instruction; the labour force is saved; the running state of the system can be monitored by monitoring change of a pressure value in real time; faults, such as blockage of a
current limiting valve or gas leakage of a Summa canister, can be found in time; the angle of the
solar cell panel can be properly adjusted;
solar energy is sufficiently utilized; and the
solar cell panel is automatically folded in rainy and snowy weather, so that a rain shelter is formed.
