graphene heating plate comprises a high-temperature
graphene heating body, a
mica insulating plate frame, a lead and a cover shell, wherein the
mica insulating plate frame is formed by combining a
mica insulating groove and a micainsulating cover plate arranged on the mica insulating groove, and an
internal cavity is formed; the high-temperature graphene heating body is arranged in the
internal cavity; the high-temperature graphene heating body comprises a first
protection layer, a graphene film layer and a second
protection layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom;
metal current-carrying strips are arranged on the two sides of the second
protection layer; one end of the lead is connected to the high-temperature graphene heating body while the other end of the lead penetrates through the mica insulatingplate frame and the cover shell and is connected to an external power supply; and the cover shell coats the outer side of the mica insulating plate frame.
