The invention discloses a
copper-based low-temperature reversible thermochromic material which is a Cu(OH)2 / HKUST-1
composite material and is low in color changing temperature, short in color changing time and short in time recovering time. A preparation method of the
copper-based low-temperature reversible thermochromic material comprises the following steps: cleaning and
drying a high-purity Cu sheet and a high-purity Ti sheet; preparing a Cu(OH)2
nanowire array by taking the cleaned and dried high-purity Cu sheet as an
anode, taking the cleaned and dried high-purity Ti sheet as a
cathode and using an
anodic oxidation method; soaking the Cu(OH)2
nanowire array into an absolute ethyl
alcohol solution of 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid, cleaning the Cu(OH)2
nanowire array by using deionized water, and
drying the Cu(OH)2
nanowire array to obtain the low-temperature reversible thermochromic material of Cu(OH)2 / HKUST-1. The preparation method of the
copper-based low-temperature reversible thermochromic material, disclosed by the invention, is simple and mature, low in cost, high in color changing contrast, low in color changing temperature, short in color changing time and color recovering time and high in reversibility.
