The invention discloses an electronic reconnaissance signal parameter high-precision measurement method based on an FPGA, and the method comprises the following steps: inputting two parameters, i.e.,a detection threshold setting mode and a fixed threshold value, into an upper computer, and transmitting the parameters to the FPGA through PCIe; processing the radar reconnaissance signal by an analog-to-digital converter to obtain an original digital signal, and transmitting the original digital signal to an FPGA for multi-channel data caching; performing framing processing on the original digital signal, and performing short-time Fourier transform on each frame of data; calculating a frequency power spectrum of the frequency domain data, selecting a peak value of the frequency power spectrum, comparing the peak value with a judgment threshold, and judging whether a target signal exists or not; and measuring pulse signal parameters of an enemy radar for the frequency domain data with thetarget signal. By adopting frequency domain pulse detection, the precision of parameters such as pulse width, pulse repetition period and the like can be effectively improved; through the rough measurement and accurate measurement of the frequency spectrum, a frequency spectrum measurement result with relatively high precision can be obtained at relatively low resource cost, and the real-time performance is good.
