Honey-refined mulberry fruit tea and production method thereof

The invention discloses honey-refined mulberry fruit tea and a production method thereof. The production method comprises the following steps: homogenizing cleaned mulberry fruits by using a homogenizer; separating by using a centrifugal separator to obtain mulberry pulp and mulberry juice; adding malic acid and citric acid into the mulberry pulp sequentially, uniformly stirring, freezing at the low temperature of -30 DEG C and refrigerating at -18 DEG C; concentrating the mulberry juice at low temperature, refrigerating at -18 DEG C and thawing at a room temperature; according to the weight of 1000g of finished product, adding 400g of honey, 350g of the mulberry pulp and 250g of the mulberry juice, stirring and heating to 60 DEG C; 30 minutes later, concentrating at low temperature; after controlling the solid content at 25 % or more and the liquid temperature at 60 DEG C, filling; sterilizing in water bath for 60 minutes at 115-120 DEG C; and cooling by spraying to obtain the honey-refined mulberry fruit tea. The honey-refined mulberry fruit tea is brewed drink, is pasty, contains tiny pulp, and has the efficacies of being sweet and tasty, lubricating intestines and clearing away the lung heat, decreasing the internal heat and removing freckles, tendering and beautifying the skin, helping digestion, reducing the blood viscosity and reducing thrombosis.
