The invention discloses a heavy
metal lead-
cadmium polluted soil biological remediation method based on plants. The method comprises the following steps of culture medium preparing, planting cavity forming,
transplanting, fertilization and harvesting. Heavy
metal lead and
cadmium in soil are removed jointly through cooperation of
citric acid and ornamental plants, day lily, fleur-de-lis and cannaare planted in a combined manner, the
plant growth amount, the full lead-
cadmium content and the lead-cadmium content of different organs in the planting mode are analyzed and measured, the capabilityof removing the lead and cadmium in the heavy
metal polluted soil through the method is studied, and the testing result shows that the
survival rate of the day lily, the fleur-de-lis and the
canna can be increased, the growing day lily, fleur-de-lis and
canna are healthier and stronger and can efficiently absorb the heavy metal lead and cadmium in the soil, the rate of absorbing the heavy metal lead and cadmium through the day lily, and the fleur-de-lis and the
canna is increased by 30% or above compared with the absorbing rate of ordinarily-planted fleur-de-lis, day lily and canna. Accordingto the heavy metal lead-cadmium polluted soil biological remediation method, a certain scientific basis is provided for heavy metal polluted soil
plant remediation and construction of an agro-ecologydemonstration project foundation.
