During the process that the power battery charges the storage battery component, the whole vehicle controller controls connecting or disconnecting of the direct current converter according to battery state information uploaded by the first battery manager and the second battery manager, so that a power battery starts to charge the storage battery component or stops charging the storage battery component, the second battery manager monitors the state of the battery pack, the charging DC / DC is controlled to charge the battery pack, accordingly, the vehicle charging system can monitor the state of the storage battery component in real time, and effective management can be carried out on charging of the storage battery component.
