The invention provides a tire pressure system test method applied to a multi-wheel commercial vehicle. The method comprises the following operation steps: S1, establishing a product database in a TC system; S2, the client placing an order through the DMS system and generates an order; S3, generating a product bill of material (BOM) in the SAP system; S4, monitoring the tire pressure in the tire production process through an MES system; S5, programming the whole vehicle data by using an EOL system; and S6, carrying out final detection on the vehicle. According to the invention, the labeled tireID is adopted, and the tire ID is written through scanning of the scanner, so that operation inconvenience and false activation caused by a low-frequency activation mode are avoided. Important data such as tire models, corresponding tire number and cold pressure in the vehicle model configuration table are sent to the EOL system in advance through the MES system, so that the part number redundancy is reduced, and the management is more convenient. The invention provides a more efficient method for monitoring the tire pressure of the multi-wheel commercial vehicle.
