The invention relates to an energy-saving electric pump, which is characterized in that the energy-saving electric pump comprises a base, a
check valve, a suction inlet, a pump, a guide bearing seat, an inner oil suction hood, an outer oil suction hood, a motor, a
flange body and a joint; the inlet of a main flow passage, the suction inlet, the pump, the flow passage of the guide bearing seat, a flow passage between the shell of the motor and the inner wall of the inner oil suction hood, the flow passage of the
flange body and the inner flow passage of the joint form the main flow passage; and the inlet of a bypass large flow passage, a flow passage formed by the
check valve and the base, an annular flow passage formed between the inner oil suction hood and the outer oil suction hood and the side flow passage of the joint form the bypass large flow passage. The working method of the energy-saving electric pump is characterized in that: during unloading, oil firstly enters the main flow passage of the energy-saving electric pump, then the
check valve is opened, the oil enters the bypass large flow passage and the two flow passages deliver the oil; and during loading, a filling accessory opens the check valve and the two flow passages deliver the oil. The energy-saving electric pump has the
advantage that the air resistance in an oil delivery
pipe is thoroughly eliminated because a suction
system is changed to work in a positive-pressure oil
delivery mode instead of the original negative-pressure oil suction mode.
