Abstract

The invention relates to an additive of a high-clean methanol gasoline and a preparation method thereof. The additive is prepared by mixing the following raw material components in parts by mass: 15-30 of ethanol, 10-20 of isopropyl ether, 1-9 of dimethyl carbonate, 1-15 of acetone, 0.1-6 of dimethyl ketone, 0.5-8 of isopropanol, 1.5-10 of tertiary butanol and 1-8 of iron naphthenate; the raw material components in the additive also comprise one, two or more of the following ingredients in parts by mass: less than or equal to 10 of isooctane, less than or equal to 9 of diethyl ether, less than or equal to 10 of methyl tertiary butyl ether, less than or equal to 8 of ethyl acetate and less than or equal to 7 of aluminum phosphate or sodium dihydrogen phosphate. The additive is prepared by mixing the raw materials. The additive of the methanol gasoline in the invention has good safety and is environmentally -friendly; by using the additive, the problems of immiscible, corrosion, air resistance, swelling and the like in the preparation process of the additive of the methanol gasoline are solved; and the preparation process is simple and convenient. The additive can be used for preparing the methanol gasoline for various vehicles, wherein denatured alcohol accounts for 10%-20% by weight of the methanol gasoline.
