As a non-contact ID label, ID tag and the like being widespread, it is required to manufacture a considerable quantity of ID labels at quite a low cost. An ID label attached to a product is, for example, required to be manufactured at 1 to several yens each, or preferably less than one yen. Thus, such a structure and a process are demanded that an ID label can be manufactured in a large quantity at a low cost. A thin film integrated circuit device included in the ID label, the ID card, and the ID tag of the invention each includes a thin film active element such as a thin film transistor (TFT). Therefore, by peeling a substrate on which TFTs are formed for separating elements, the ID label and the like can be manufactured in a large quantity at a low cost.

The tea prepared by the process has fine, tall and graceful appearance, bloom green color and luster, exposed silver tips, fresh and delicate fragrance, dense and fresh flavor, clear and bright liquor color, young and tender infused leaves, and greenish-yellow and bright color, and the fact that the prepared green tea can reach the highest grade, namely orchid fragrance is the most important.

An inductive sensor for a coin validator comprises an elongate coil, which, when in use, is arranged such that the magnetic field is substantially constant across the width of the passageway. The use of coils of this type have the advantage of wrap around coils but enable the coin passageway to be shallower and be opened. A coin validator is described wherein the backwall of a coin passageway is movable to and fro so that the depth of the coin passageway can be adjusted. In an embodiment, a cam bears against the backwall of the coin passageway to set the depth thereof.

The invention achieves the object by using a columnar alignment layer having a column structure with plate-like molecule having the photo dichroism in the visible light range as one of the alignment layers for controlling the alignment of the ferroelectric liquid crystal and forming a reactive liquid crystal layer produced by fixing a reactive liquid crystal including a polymerizable liquid crystal material on the side to be contacted with the ferroelectric liquid crystal on the columnar alignment layer, showing the nematic phase on the columnar alignment layer.
