The invention provides an
electric vehicle charging station locating and
sizing method comprising the following steps: analyzing and
processing the initial
traffic flow of each road node, obtaining the
traffic flow information of each traffic node by using a flow correction coefficient to obtain the charging demand, and generating an
urban road CAD drawing according to the regional division of a planning area; calculating the distance from each node to the alternative
charging station, and estimating the maximum number of established stations and the minimum number of established stations according to the maximum service capability, the minimum service capability and the charging demand of the
charging station; according to the determined charging
station number range, the service range and the charging
station grade, randomly selecting the charging
station according to the site of the alternative station; taking the sum of the construction cost, the operation and maintenance cost, the network loss cost and the
path loss cost as a total objective function, and taking the charging demand of the
electric vehicle, the number of charging piles, the capacity and the planning area power as constraint conditions to construct a charging station locating and
sizing model; and in combination with the
traffic flow and the charging demand quantity of each traffic node, an improved
whale optimization
algorithm is adopted to solve the charging station locating and
sizing model.
