The invention discloses an
oxygen-enriched
combustion system for a
coal gas
electricity generation boiler. The
oxygen-enriched
combustion system comprises a boiler emergency stop
protection system, as well as an
oxygen pipeline, an air pipeline, a
smoke exhaust pipeline and a
coal gas pipeline which simultaneously communicate with a
boiler furnace, wherein a
coal gas quick
cut-off valve is arranged on the
coal gas pipeline; an
oxygen content analyzer and an induced draft fan are sequentially arranged on the
smoke exhaust pipeline; a blower and an air control valve are sequentially arranged on the air pipeline; an oxygen control valve and an oxygen quick
cut-off valve are sequentially arranged on the oxygen pipeline; the boiler emergency stop
protection system is electrically connected with the
coal gas quick
cut-off valve, the oxygen quick cut-off valve, the blower, the induced draft fan and the
oxygen content analyzer simultaneously; and the
oxygen content analyzer can send the oxygen content of boiler exhaust in the
smoke exhaust pipeline to the boiler emergency stop
protection system in real time, and the boiler emergency stop protection
system controls to close the oxygen quick cut-off valve when the oxygen content of the boiler exhaust, received by the boiler emergency stop protection system, is larger than a security set value. The oxygen-enriched
combustion system has the advantages that energy saving and
environmental protection are achieved and the heat efficiency of the
boiler furnace can be improved.
