The Sn-2 position of the breast-milk patterned structured oil is the saturated fatty acid, the saturated fatty acid accounts for 50wt%-70wt% of the weight of total saturated fatty acids in the breast-milk patterned structured oil, and the Sn-1 position and the Sn-3 position of the breast-milk patterned structured oil are unsaturated fatty acids, so that the breast-milk patterned structured oil is in close proximity to the structure of breast milk triglyceride, and the breast-milk patterned structured oil prepared by the preparation method can be more easily absorbed by infants and young children, and is more conducive to promoting of growth and development of the infants and young children.
