The method comprises the steps of obtaining the static voltage stability margins of the load nodes in transmission and distribution networks based on Thevenin equivalent parameter identification; establishing an approximate linear mapping relationship between the static voltage stability margins and regulation quantities by using a perturbation method; and in consideration of the real-time requirement of online reactive power optimization, introducing the static voltage stability margin constraint of the weak nodes. A simulation result shows that by introducing the static voltage safety constraint into the reactive power optimization model, the optimization result not only reduce the network loss, but also increase the voltage stability margins of the weak nodes, which makes the grid control economical and safe.
