The invention relates to an efficient bleaching and
dyeing technology of cheese. The technology concretely comprises the following steps: 1, carrying out a rapid
oxygen bleaching brightening bath process: draining water, carrying out hot
water washing at 60DEG C for 10min, carrying out cold
water washing for 10min, and carrying out
softening treatment by using an anion softener 307 at 40DEG C for 20min; 2, carrying out a dyed
yarn pretreatment process: draining water,
pickling by using 0.8% acetate acid gracial at 60DEG C for 10min, carrying out hot
water washing at 80-90DEG C for 10min, carrying out cold water washing, deoxidizing at 50DEG C for 15min, and
dyeing; and 3, carrying out a short flow technology, wherein a formula comprises 1% of a chelating agent SNS, 2.5% of a rapid
oxygen bleaching agent BLG, and 4% of
hydrogen peroxide. The pretreatment process saves time and energy; the cheese short flow process and the rapid
oxygen bleaching process are simple, short and cheap. The technology has the advantages of less
weight loss, less
strength reduction, good
handle of obtained cheese, simplified operation and clean production.
