The invention discloses a high-strength flexible sheath material for an anti-nuclear-electromagnetic cable and a preparation method of the high-strength flexible sheath material, and particularly relates to the field of cables. The cable material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of CR321
chloroprene rubber, 2 to 3 parts of
magnesium oxide, 3 to 4 parts of indirect-method
zinc oxide, 2 to 3 parts of paraffin, 1 to 2 parts of coumarone resin, 0.5 to 1.0 part of an anti-aging agent RD, 0.5 to 1.0 part of a
vulcanization accelerator DM, 0.5 to 1.0 part of
stearic acid, 0.6 to 1.5 parts of an anti-aging agent DNP, 0.2 to 0.5 part of a scorch
retarder CTP (PVI), 0.8 to 1.5 parts of an
accelerant (NA-22), 0.4 to 0.6 part of an
accelerant TMTD, 5 to 7 parts of
calcium carbonate, 20 to 25 parts of talcum
powder, 15 to 20 parts of N330
carbon black, 8-10 parts of pottery clay, 5-8 parts of semi-reinforcing
carbon black, 2-3 parts of rubber oil, 4-6 parts of dioctyl
phthalate and 4-7 parts of an anti-freezing agent DOS. The high-strength flexible sheath material is good in
flame retardance which can reach the UL-V0 level, is good in
cold resistance, can have flexibility under the environment condition of -55 DEG C, can be randomly dragged and movably retracted and released, improves the tensile strength and flexibility of a cable sheath, facilitates the maneuverability of the cable during combat, and improves the combat efficiency.
