The invention discloses a
wire drawing oil, and belongs to the field of lubricating oil. 2-
mercaptobenzothiazole and 2-chlorohydrin as raw materials are taken as raw materials, firstly 2- hydrazinoethanol is prepared, and then the 2- hydrazinoethanol is introduced into
boric acid, so that
boron and
nitrogen coordination structure which contains more
active nitrogen elements and can form a five-membered ring or a six-membered ring in
boric acid ester, the molecular chain is charged after optimization, steric hindrance becomes large,
nitrogen-bearing molecular chain gets close to
boron atom, andelectron is provided for
boron atom lack of
electron, so that the hydrolytic stability of the
boron atom is improved,
boric acid ester containing active elements B, S and N is absorbed onto the surface of drawing
metal through physical absorption, abrasion of
metal is reduced, then the boric acid ester is decomposed, the active elements are recombined to form a new chemical film, the occurrence rate of loss of the drawing
metal is reduced, and the abrasion resistance is improved. The
wire drawing oil solves the problems that the existing
wire drawing oil is not easy in
biodegradation, poor inenvironmentally friendly benefit, poor in film-forming property and difficult to achieve ideal
lubrication effect.
