The high-performance heterocyclic polyimide film maintains excellent thermal performance and mechanical performance that polyimide has originally, has solubility and photopermeability improved remarkably and has wide application prospect.

Preparation method of lanthanum-containing anti-corrosion aluminum alloy material

The invention relates to a preparation method of a lanthanum-containing anti-corrosion aluminum alloy material. The lanthanum-containing anti-corrosion aluminum alloy material is prepared from the following ingredients in percentage by mass: 4.5 to 5.5 percent of silicon, 0.5 to 1.5 percent of copper, 0.4 to 0.6 percent of lanthanum, and the balance of aluminum and inevitable impurities. The formula of the alloy is optimized through controlling the contents of different elements in the alloy, especially the content of iron. After the rare earth lanthanum is refined, galvanic corrosion reactionbetween an intermetallic compound and an aluminum substrate in the alloy is weakened, and the inherent excellent property of the alloy is not influenced. Secondary solution treatment and low temperature aging treatment are carried out on the alloy subsequently, and inactive elements such as Cu and Fe are fully dissolved, so that a galvanic corrosion influence between an aluminum base and other inactive alloy elements is further reduced. The corrosion resistance of the alloy material provided by the invention is greatly improved.
