The invention discloses a method for simultaneously measuring six iridoid glycoside ingredients in honeysuckle flowers. The six iridoid glycoside ingredients, namely, loganic acid, morroniside, loganin, chiratin, secoxyloganin and secologanin dimethyl acetal, of different structures in honeysuckle flowers are measured simultaneously based on a DSPE-HPLC method for the first time; by means of the method, the linearly dependent coefficients are larger than 0.999, the detection limit is 0.026-0.057 micrograms / mL, the recovery rates of all target ingredients range from 90.5% to 102.1%, the relative standard deviation (RSD) ranges from 0.85% to 1.74%, and the method has the advantages that the using amount of an organic solvent is small, the purification and concentration effects are good, the recovery rates of targets are high, the sensitivity is high, and operation is easy. The fast and efficient extraction, purification and analysis method suitable for iridoid glycoside ingredients in medical materials such as honeysuckle flowers is developed, and has great significance on further developing the acting mechanism of iridoid glycoside ingredients, establishing quality standards, increasing medical material and related patent medicine quality control levels and guiding clinical application.
