The anchor cable mounting device comprises a bottom conveyor, an anchor cable machine assembly, a guide device and a top conveyor, the top conveyor is arranged at the top of the anchor cable machine assembly and used for conveying an anchor cable upwards at the top of the anchor cable machine assembly, the bottom conveyor is arranged at the bottom of the anchor cable machine assembly and used for conveying anchor cables to the top conveyor, and the guide device is arranged between the top conveyor and the bottom conveyor and used for guiding the anchor cables conveyed by the bottom conveyor to move to the top conveyor along a guiding path between the top conveyor and the bottom conveyor. The bottom conveyor and the guide device are arranged, so that the anchor cable can be conveyed to the top conveyor only by operating at the bottom of the anchor cable machine assembly; and by means of the restraining effect of the guide device, the anchor cable can be well restrained, the anchor cable is prevented from swinging or shaking at will, and therefore workers are prevented from being injured, and property damage is avoided.
