The invention relates to a method for degrading organic pollutants in water by gradient ozone catalytic oxidation, and relates to a gradient ozone catalytic oxidation combination method for degrading organic pollutants in water. An efficient oxidation treatment effect is kept at low temperature, and the generation of bromate, nitroso dimethylamine, chlorate, perchlorate, iodate and periodate can be controlled greatly.
