The invention discloses plastic
powder releasing negative ions. The
powder contains the following components in parts by weight: 20-50 parts of
polyester resin, 20-50 parts of
epoxy resin, 15-45 parts of
titanium dioxide, 5-15 parts of filler, 1-5 parts of auxiliaries and 0.5-10 parts of negative
ion additive. A manufacturing method of the negative
ion powder is performed according to the following steps of: a) adding 20-50 parts of
polyester resin, 20-50 parts of
epoxy resin, 15-45 parts of
titanium dioxide, 5-15 parts of filler, 1-5 parts of auxiliaries and 0.5-10 parts of negative
ion additive into a stirrer and uniformly mixing; b) placing the mixed raw materials which are uniformly stirred into an
extrusion machine together, and performing hot
extrusion at the temperature of 80-100 DEG C; and c) crushing a mixed negative ion material which is molded by
extrusion, and screening by a 200-mesh screen. The plastic powder releasing the negative ions, disclosed by the invention, has the advantages of cleanness, full-automatic spray-
coating, easiness in
recovery and the like, can be used for quickly manufacturing negative ion household electrical appliances, automobiles and other devices, and can improve the housing and
living environment and simultaneously realize the function of preventing the living of
bacteria and
mildew. The manufacturing method disclosed by the invention is simple, and the process is easy to operate.
