The invention relates to the field of
waste heat and waste pressure recycling systems, and particularly discloses an aerated
brick waste heat and waste pressure recycling
system which comprises a still kettle, a water tank and a boiler. The still kettle is connected with the water tank through a
residual pressure pipe and a residual
heat pipe, a coil
pipe is arranged in the water tank, the residual
heat pipe penetrates into the water tank to be connected with the coil
pipe, the coil pipe extends out of the water tank, the water tank is connected with a boiler through a
siphon, and the boiler is connected with the still kettle through a steam pipe. The boiler conducts steam into the still kettle through the steam pipe to steam and press the aerated bricks,
waste heat generated after steam pressing is transmitted into the water tank through the waste
heat pipe to heat water,
residual pressure is transmitted into the water tank through the
residual pressure pipe to apply pressure to the water, and the water can be transmitted into the boiler from the
siphon through the
siphon effect after receiving the pressure. According to the
system, waste heat and waste pressure are recycled at the same time, and the
system has the advantages that the technological process is simple, manpower is saved, resources are recycled, and the economic
cost performance is high.
