The invention discloses a treatment process for stable
dehydration of
ammonia-alkali process alkali residues. By taking the concentration of alkali residues as a standard, the concentration of the alkali residues is controlled to be within a process interval, and then the alkali residues are modified by adding a chemical conditioner, so that the alkali residues meet related
environmental protection indexes and reach the class I general industrial
solid waste standard; and the diluted alkali residues are mechanically dehydrated to obtain alkali residues subjected to stable
dehydration treatment, and meanwhile, the alkali residue
clear liquid is recycled for diluting the alkali residue
slurry. The concentration of the alkali residue
slurry is used as the standard of the
dilution degree of the alkali residue
slurry, so that the generation of the alkaline residue slurry in the
dilution process is effectively reduced, the effect of conditioning the alkali residues by a chemical conditioner is exerted to the maximum extent, the waste of the chemical conditioner and water is avoided, and the treatment cost of dehydrating the alkali residues by an
ammonia-alkali process is saved.
