The invention discloses an intelligent wireless management system for parking spaces owned by residential area owners. Based on the traditional mechanical parking blocker, it integrates a data transmission and processing unit based on low-power wireless technology, so that the blocker not only has the function of automatic opening and closing, but also greatly improves the anti-theft performance and the utilization rate of parking spaces. The intelligent wireless management system consists of four parts: vehicle-mounted wireless transceiver unit, blocker control drive unit, waterproof battery and motor-driven underground flip-type parking blocker. The basic internal modules of the vehicle-mounted wireless transceiver unit and blocker control drive unit are: MC13213 chip, radio frequency circuit module, antenna, background debugging module interface, serial communication module interface, voltage detection circuit module, voltage conversion module, crystal oscillator and peripheral circuit modules. The wireless communication protocol follows the new wireless communication protocol ZigBee of IEEE802.15.4, the communication frequency is 2.4GHz, and the data is encrypted with 32bit AES with authentication.
