The invention discloses an integrated whole-
powder production method for potatoes and other root and
tuber crops. The integrated whole-

tuber crops comprises the following steps: a, washing surfaces of the crops; b,
grinding the crops into pulp, so that the raw materials are in semi-colloidal states; c, homogenizing the grinded materials by a wet-type homogenizing
machine so as to prepare a stable ultrafine suspension; d,
drying the ultrafine suspension into
powder; e, carrying out
vacuum packing on the dried whole powder, so that
water content of the whole powder is lower than or equal to 8%; and then, sending the vacuum-packed whole powder into high-speed
radiation electron beam equipment and carrying out thorough disinfecting and killing by
electron beams of 3-5K. Compared with prior art, the integrated whole-powder production method for potatoes and other root and
tuber crops disclosed by the invention is high in production efficiency as well as economical in
water consumption,
energy consumption, time consumption, labor consumption and investment. The devices and the
integrated production method can be combined so as to adapt to sizes and yields of production units, and the combinations are simply matched. Moreover, the whole powder of potatoes and other root and tuber crops prepared by the
integrated production method are wide in usage ranges, complete in
nutrition, free of
nutrition loss and durable in storage.
